2018 RX Best Prices So Far?

Hello all,
looking for for some advice. My local Lexus dealer is a non-negotiable “priced as is” type lot. However they are able to custom order if needed.
Im looking at a custom Nebula gray pearl 2018 Rx450H F-sport with the following features:
running boards
heads up display (color)
pana moon roof
after delivery fee MSRP IS 55139.
Dealer “best price” is $52899 (not including any rebates that may occur by June)
looking at roughly 4% off MSRP ordering custom.
I didn’t feel the Navi was worth the $3200 so I left it off, along with the other features not listed.
Questions:
Does anyone know if there are any upcoming rebates from Lexus? Or generally when rebates have occurred in the past?
Is this an awful deal? I’m in the Midwest so if there’s somewhere nearby with good deals let me known

Lots of good info on here, but purchase vs. lease is confusing. Starting a business and thinking of leasing this time around to so I can be in a better position to write-off the portion used for business. Was looking at the 2018 RX 350 F Sport but started looking at the 2017s to increase purchasing power. Trying to balance payments so they are not out of this world. One offer I got was for a 36mo. lease for 2017 RX F Sport for with a MSRP $61,500, Discount of 8% or $5000 and rebates of $3100. If I use a trade in as money down, total monthly payment is $530. With 12,000 miles a year, maybe thinking of dropping to 10,000mi, but not sure how that affects price. The residual is $32,500. If I don't use the trade-in as down, then the payment is obviously more. I think I calculated it comes out to about $25000 over the three years. How do I know if this is a good deal? Any insight? Also, I am not following when people advise that if you put money down on a lease, you lose it if you get into an accident. Thanks for any insight.

The simple way to think of a lease is, you are paying for the vehicle's depreciation. So if the mile limit is lower, the car will be worth more in 3 years. Depreciation is less; your payment is less. Lexus likes leases, cuz you will be back in 3 years...
In an accident, your insurance is on the hook to pay off the car. An extreme case is, say you do a 1 payment lease (full payment at time of lease; you drive with no payments). You total the car the 1st month. Your insurance will pay off the car but you will be out the $25K (or whatever). Of course, you can argue with them. If you put nothing down, you lose nothing.
Personally, I hate leases. But I leased my wife's 2018 RX450h because hybrid technology advancements in 3 years are likely to be be significant.

I think the most significant change in 3 year time span is the safety features and some of the electronic stuff, especially the phone. This is precisely what my car-illiterate wife told me about the advantage of buying new over used.

Got a few quotes, one in NY long island dealer, one is NJ, both came in about 9.5% off MSRP only, that is already with $1000 Conquest cash. I can't get anyone to get close to 11 or 12%. Any suggestions?

Hi, New here and am looking at a 2017 or 2018 RX 350. Price is $55,599 to $56,358 but the best I am getting of MSRP is about 9% on a 2017. Pretty disappointed based on the information I am seeing here for So Cal. My local dealer in the desert is claiming they are losing $1609 and won’t go to my offer of another $1,609 off which would come to a total of 12% off MSRP. They even told me they pay the same price for a 2017 as a 2018 and they don’t care if I am buying a 17 or 18. They said an 18 may be better as it has a higher residual. My calculations are close but I like the color and options in the 17. Ending a lease of GS 350 F Sport.
I went with a dealer an hour away last time and am willing to travel to get best deal but does anyone have suggestions for dealers in LA, San Diego even Vegas or Phoenix.
Nuke Zero can you tell me the dealer you went to in LA to get your deal it seems pretty good. You can PM me if needed. I appreciate any help. Money Factor, Residual are the same as I see here and dealership so as many have said it is all about the right price and having a hard time getting deals on 2017.

Has anyone tried Honcker for leasing? Looking at the App in NY I am seeing much better prices then usually listed here. (to lease not purchase)
a 2018 RX 350 F-Sport MSRP of 60,057 leases for 523 with $3900 down (taxes etc) or $614 with everything rolled in. Pay $614 and drive away per the App. This is for 39 months 10K miles..
Has anyone tried it? Are these real prices or do they end up being higher? They are much better than the local dealer will do in person.
