Hi, I'm also looking to purchase a RX450h in Arizona. MSRP is $62559. I was quoted $59000 before taxes. Can you please let me know how much did they quote you before taxes. Also a dealer in CA quoted me $57000 for the same car.

I did the math, you are getting 9.5% off.

I got 10% off MSRP in the bay area on April 11. Included $750 competitor cash. I found KBB to be pessimistic - it only estimated 5-6% off MSRP.

Thanks for the response. Which dealership was this with? What was the MSRP and the trim? 350/450 (F Sport)? And this was a 2018?

‘18 450 with not much else - Park Assist, Blind Spot warning, heated front seats, touchless rear hatch. Total MSRP was 50,6xx. I paid 45,500 + taxes and licensing fees, for about 50xxx out the door. This is at Lexus Serramonte, in Colma, CA

Thanks mrx80! It sounds like $5,000 off is doable (or about $2,000 under invoice). Did you have to walk out on them or was it an easy no hassle negotiation?

I'm thinking about making my purchase at one of Serramonte, Putnam, Fremont, or Stevens Creek.

It was pretty easy. I started at 45 they countered at 46, which surprised me as I wasn’t expecting much below invoice. At that point as we were so close I offered to split the difference and here we are. I had my own financing, which they couldn’t match,so it was a straight up cash negotiation. I feel I probably left 1k, maybe more on the table thanks to how easy it seemed, no walkouts, didn’t talk to anyone but my sales rep.

Re other dealerships, I didn’t have great experiences with Stevens Creek (salesman was making stuff up over the phone) or Magnusson (kept emailing me but didn’t reply to my inquiries). Didn’t try any others.

Got it. I think Stevens Creek and Serramonte are both good bets because they seem to be volume dealers. Will give $6K off a try and see where that takes me. Fingers crossed.

I am talking about a lease on an RX350 Long wheelbase with my dealer, can anybody advise if $525 tax included is a good price? I do not know the negotiated price of the car itself, the dealer was just giving me lease prices based on the following

MSRP $56k (RX350L)
39 mo
7.5k miles per yr
$1500 up front including 1st month
Monthly rate $525 incl NY taxes

Thank you in advance!

When I asked about lease prices I was told I needed to know the residual money factor etc with no other advise. If like me you are not planning on buying the car and just want to negotiate the lowest price per month you can than I am not sure it really matters and hopefully you will get some additional info from people with recent negociated leases. The little I do know seems like you are getting a pretty good price at the moment. I am waiting to the end of the second quarter (end of June) when I hope prices are a little lower. End of the first quarter (March) had lower prices than we see now.
Looking at the Honcker app (for phone or tablet) shows a monthly lease of $542 with just first month down everything rolled in (In NY but may vary based on credit score)
Please note I haven't actually leased a car on Honcker and am curious if it really works. Compared to my local dealers for Lexus it has seemed like a better deal. I do plan to try it when current RX lease is up.
Where in NY are you looking?
Good luck
