Oh no no, I'm pro GOP myself.

NukeZero explained it in post 74 and it's true with my observation as well.

I can't deal craps with Newport Lexus in Southern OC, who wouldn't even negotiate (who the heck buys/sells cars without any negotiation on the price, and was even shady on finance numbers with me LOL. On the other hand, Jim Falk in LA was very negotiable, even on emails.

Friend and family members of mine also confirmed with me that Newport Lexus gave them expensive deals too.

Nuke, so you're pro GOP, who prefers to do business with the liberals? LOL

That is correct! Hehe. I'm glad you have a sense of humor on here. I was starting to think these Lexus forums (owners) are too uptight.

So Nukezero, you found your best deal at Jim Falk? Did you check with Thousand Oaks and Glendale? I heard they were descent at deals.

No because they didn’t have the exact vehicle combo we wanted.

Jim Falk, Beverly hills had crazy good deals when I was looking a few months back, 11k off with Lexus cash. Like 8500 off msrp, and that was on a 17 in 17

Jim Falk has a ton of '17s in their inventory. 83 to be exact and 45 2018's. They must've held onto them trying to charge 'Beverly Hills' prices in the past year. Oh I have no doubt you'll get great deals on those '17s. They'll end up wholesaling them if they can't dump them. I would've picked one up myself but the residual was 7% difference and the 1yr lexus enform was a deal breaker. That's too much for me to swallow.

Hi guys. New to Lexus world. Just wondering what kind of discounts if any have people gotten when ordering a RX? Looking at getting a RX350L sometime this year.

You will do much better buying something in stock over a custom order. I did a custom order and we agreed to the Costco Wholesale price....

They did not give me the price as I ordered in early Jan when 2018s were just beginning to come in and fleet pricing was not available. We agreed that I would get the current fleet price when my car came in. I was planning to use TrueCar as a reference point and hopefully I will be close to it....

Default 2018 Lease RX350L

I was reading the forum about leasing a 2017 RX. I'm in the process of leasing a 2018 RX 350L. The dealer gave me a price of 50,950 $600 a month if I put $6100 down. After I raised question about the residual and sale price and money factor they now want me to come in to talk to the finance manager because I may be a "little confused". I think $6100 down is a way too much along $600 a month. Suggestions?

$6100 down is insane. I got a quote with that amount too. On a 36 month lease 36/$6100= $164 per month. On lease you don’t put money down, you’re not buying equity, you are just giving them the money upfront. Crazy.

It it looks like Lexus has tightened the margins or that dealers are not willing to offer deals I was seeing 6 months ago. Bummer.
