Out the door is a meaningless value. What are they quoting you before fees and trade, if any? Destination fee can be left in both MSRP and negotiated price.

Ask them for at least 11% off MSRP like I just got. So your case would be give them only 55100 before tax and fees, if you finance with them at the 2.9% APR.

If not, you will get 1500 USD cash, so offer them only 53600.

It took me weeks to get to this point. Dealers were telling me the big market (California, NJ/NY) leases would be impossible to replicate in a smaller market like Colorado. I tried again on Monday thinking they might have an end of the month push and two dealers were interested in making a deal so negotiations picked up. My target was $450 a month but wasn't possible to get there. It also helped that I brought a friend who also leased a 450h so the dealer gave a little extra referral discount.

 

Is this a good deal for a Lexus RX 350 F Sport? Has anyone gotten 1X% off for the F Sport trim on this thread?

Fernando the internet sales Mgr. I first choose the car that I was kind of interested in on KBB(If I recall correctly) to get a feel for the discount percentage. Then submit a price inquiry(email seller) directly from Serramonte on KBB site. In matter of hours, he sent me all the info about the car and price. But I wasn't satisfied with the particular car(price was good though for a FWD model). After telling him what I was really interested in, he searched his own inventory and sister dealers nearby and luckily found the exact one I wanted. If he hadn't searched his sister stores, I'd have to wait for couple months before his store get the car I wanted. He transferred the car over few days later and rest was history. I think the price I got was somewhat at the low end of the KBB "fair market range" which was good for me.

Here's example of a FWD 2018 RX350 price quote I got from him initially: car was invoiced middle of June so it hasn't been in the lot very long. Its about a 13% discount before lexus cash, with $1500 lexus cash, it'd make it about 16% off msrp.

BTW, $1500 lexus cash is still available now for some models.
