Enform App an iOS11
Hi Y'all,
I updated my iPhone to iOS 11. My Enform app won't connect to my car anymore. The 'Connect to Vehicle' is grayed out. The phone connects via bluetooth phone/audio and USB audio no problem. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app with no difference. Has anyone else seen this?

First, are you talking about the Enform app or the Enform Remote app?
It sounds like you are talking about the Enform Remote app. If that is the case, many have had issues with it not being able to connect to the vehicle.
I couldn't get mine to connect to the car for an extended period of time. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, deleting and re-adding the vehicle, etc., and I still couldn't get it to work properly. Eventually, I called the tech specialist at a Lexus dealer. He indicated that the cause of issues that some have had has usually been related to problems with the new software that Lexus started using for the app earlier this year, and, when it stops working, what is needed is that they need to do something like re-setting your account on their end. When the tech specialist contacted Lexus and had that done, I regained the ability to connect to the car via the app.
I'd suggest calling the tech specialist at a Lexus dealer. Regardless of what the cause of the problem might be, he/she should be able to give assistance to get it working again.

Assuming you switched from iOS10, there's no major difference between that version & iOS11 that should impact Enform remote app. This may be a silly question, but did your subscription expire? In general the app is terrible, virtually no developer support for bug fixes.

Yes! I am having the same issue. I took my car to Lexus today to see if they can do a software reset or update on my car and they are just as dumbfounded how to fix the problem. I am talking about Enform App Suite that plays Pandora, etc. I've had my car for 3 months and I was using it all the time until I updated my phone. Now it doesn't pair, and like you said " connect to vehicle" is grayed out. I thought I was the only one with this problem. It's driving me nuts trying to fix it. My Bluetooth in car works perfectly fine, however. So frustrating.
