IS there a way to cancel this lease I just signed tonight? I feel like a got horrible deal after seeing most of what is on here. I got a 52k F sport 2017 10k a year 36 months they paid first month and zero out of pocket at 514 a month including tax and i am a return lease customer. Others have got 56-60k cars at 12-15% off which would be great....some fast help would be great
About to close on a deal with Justin Balcer, at Nalley Lexus Roswell (Atlanta, GA). He is awesome! Even though he didn't have what I wanted in stock he found another one for me at one of their sister locations and price matched the deal for me. He gave me 14% off MSRP right off the bat over the phone. Thanks to you guys i found the best deal possible! Im from Oklahoma so no one here or in Texas would even come close with that pricing.

i'm working with justin too, how long was your entire process with him? i'm in texas, Texas dealers suck, My family thinks i'm crazy for buying a car out of state, but seriously hes saving me THOUSANDS of dollars, i'm getting ultrawhite/rioja red Rx 350 sport fully loaded, and i'm so darn excited. Is yours being shipped? if so how long did they say it takes to get?
Wanted to thank everyone for their posts, it really helped our family secure what we think is a really good deal. We purchased the RX350 AWD with Luxury Package, Triple Beam Headlights, HUD, 12.3" Nav w/ Mark Levinson to just name a few features. The deal was as follows:
MSRP: $60,284
Discount/Dealer Incentives: $ 10,254
Discount: 17%
Before Tax,Fees, Add-Ons: $50,030
After Additional Fees, Taxes, Add-Ons: $55,700
The color combo was not available so they had to order it. Also, I ended up taking the cash incentive over financing. If you look around online can be had for pretty much the same rate.

I think you must either have a typo or a subtraction error in your post (or else I'm confused). If you are getting a $10,250 discount on a vehicle with a MSRP of $60,284, I think that the price before taxes and fees should be $50,030, not $55,030.

Thank You. It was a typo. I just updated the post.

Taxes and other fees of 5k?
MD sales tax is 6% which accounts to 3k. What the other 2 k for.
AFAIK MD dealers have a cap on how much they can charge as processing fee unlike VA dealers who charge upward of $500.

$750 was inclusive of dealer processing fees, title and registration. Add in ~$1200 delivery fees, nitrogen for tires, paint protection, etc.

I preface what I will say below by saying that it looks like you did quite well, in spite of what I am going to say.
That said, today, dealers realize that many buyers focus primarily on the discount from MSRP, and they often are willing to make little or no profit from the selling price of the car. Instead, they make their profit from a variety of items other than the selling price of the car itself, including undervaluing a trade in, finance and lease terms, selling the customer a high mark up extended warranty, selling the customer other high mark-up add-ons, such as interior or exterior protection plans, tire and wheel protection plans, pre-paid service plans, ding and dent plans, nitrogen tire fills, etc. Those items typically have mark-ups of several hundred percent over what their cost is to the dealer, and, if the dealer can convince the customer to buy a few of those items, it can give a large discount from MSRP and still make a bigger profit than it would from a customer who bought none of those items and who bought the car for a much smaller discount from MSRP.
In the case of the $1200 for dealer preparation, paint protection, nitrogen tire fill, etc., those are items that cost the dealer virtually nothing and that are essentially pure profit for the dealership. Also, the $750 fee for processing the title and registration strikes me as being a bit high.
Again, it looks like you still did very well, but the dealer is "taking back" some of the nice discount from MSRP with those add-on items.
