Last week I had a new software update for my rx hesitation issue and it is fixed!! The service bulletin is new as of last week. Not the same old one from 2016. This goes from 2016 to 2019. That’s what the tech I talked to told me.

I’ll have to look at the paperwork. But I’m sure any dealer should know about it. I was picking the guys brain a bit to try and understand what they were doing. He said that all the dealers were notified about the software so any dealer should know about it.

While all dealers should know this, many don't or don't want to know, so a TSB number would be most helpful. Thanks.
Apparently there is new software available for this issue. I had my update done last week and I am sooooo happy with the results. Seems they got it right now.
Please post the info from your receipt - like the TSB number -- or what the mechanic actually did. Thanks Much.
What year is your RX? Did you do the original TSB also? I can’t find this TSB online. I’m thinking it’s the same TSB and they just updated it to include 2018+

2017. But it covers 2016-2019. And yes I had the original software update. Even if you had or didn’t have the other update get this one. You’ll be happy.

sorry didn’t see you already replied to this. These merging threads are really starting to annoy me I wish we could start a petition to go back to the old clublexus. Do you by chance have the paperwork so I can show them because I can’t find this TSB online at all, the last one I had I was able to find I already did: tsb #l-sb-0109-17

I’m really not comfortable putting all my information here online. I believe that number is all you should need. Maybe simply asking to make sure all your software updates are done will get you there if the dealer isn’t co-operating. Or at least elevate your concern from the service consultant to the manager or higher if necessary. It’s a software update for hesitation, simply asking for updates for that concern should get you this. That’s what I did.
