Dealers around Philadelphia aren't budging much on the RX. Wilkie Lexus only would give $2500 off of $56,000 MSRP RX. The best prices I found were at Wilmington Lexus. But nothing spectacular for the end of the year. Inventories are low for the RXs with 20 inch rims lots of base models on the lots.

Anyone have any luck using the $1000 cash in addition to a good discount? Any suggestions where to get 12-14% off MSRP in PA/NJ/DE? Willing to travel 100 miles outside Philly.

Dealers in Philly have been very reluctant to lower the selling price since the introduction of 2016 Lexus RX. You are right that only Wilmington Lexus might be willing to give you more discount with the cars in their lot. (They quoted me around 11% off MSRP on a Caviar Black RX350 F Sport on the last day of May and it was ONE day only deal.) I ended up buying my Nightfall Mica RX350 FSport in NJ (Lexus of Route 10) with similar deal in June. During my time of shopping, I saw the exact specifications Nightfall Mica FSport in Thompson Lexus inventory. I asked the sale manager whether he would accepted 8% off MSRP because I did not want to drive 70 miles to NJ. He said NO because F Sport is popular in the region. He could only do $3000 off on a $57459 car. Now in August, the car is still in their inventory.

Try MD. I have couple of friends who are getting 12-13% off MSRP on F Sport. They are having a hard time moving their cars.

Do you have the dealerships' names in MD that your friends have gotten the deals? Also it would be great if you could please PM me the name of the sale man if you know.
Thanks-

Got an offer for and F-SPORT in rare combo ultra white with red interior for $56K plus fees. The MSRP is $60.308. Two dealers offer the same number. I don't think I can push any further. What do you guys think?

I'm currently shopping for F-Sport White w Black and that's a fair price. Where I am, there's only one Lexus dealer and they typically take $1000 to $1500 off on a car that is on the lot. For rare ones like that, it's MSRP.

Wanted to see if anyone has gotten a good deal in the Seattle or Portland area recently. I know historically that prices in the Seattle area are not as good as other areas such as Cali.

Right now, I have only been able to negotiate 6 to 7% off of MSRP in the Seattle area, whereas I received an out of state quote from Nor Cal that is 12% off.

Wow! That's great!

Is that All Wheel Drive? Most all of the F-sports I've seen are over $60k and are AWD.

What's different between the f-sport and the $58k FWD luxury package non f-sport models?

I've been RX shopping during past 100 days at 6 various Lexus dealers and have not made any deal. This week, seemingly out of the blue, I am getting emails and some calls from the salespersons, some whom I haven't communicated with in quite awhile. I suspect their superiors are nudging them to move 2016 models at retail while they still can. I am personally shooting for a minimum of $10k off MSRP on a fairly loaded F-Spprt. I want more off if I'm forced to take options that I do not want (like: interior color, moon pano, mark levinson). I "think" by late October/early Nov when 17's are on the lot, that's when deals should pop.

Yes its AWD--all F sports are. The 60k version comes with everything you can possibly get. Mine has almost everything (premium sound, blind spot, safety system, etc) except for the upgraded LED lights.

I leased a 2010 & 2013 RX 350 with premium packages. Started lease on my new 2016 2 weeks ago. (all from the same dealer)
I went by sticker price/options when I was putting it together.
Biggest jump I really wanted on my 2016 from 2013 was to go with the Mark Levinson sound.
Doing a build online, that came out to about $53K. In reality, the builds they offer were mostly around $56K.
I stuck to the colors I wanted - Matador Mica Red / Parchment interior. Made it clear I wasn't interested in the $59K version, which included extras I really didn't want/need.
Initially, I was going to get the $56k and had made the deal - $1800 cap cost and $638/mo on 42 mo. lease. This loops in state sales tax as well.
They were pulling it from a nearby dealer, but the plan was nixed at the 11th hour when that dealer was able to sell it to a buyer quickly.
After that, best my dealer could get was the $59K version. Not an F-Sport, it's AWD, fully loaded, except no rear entertainment.
Ended up with that one for $1800/cap, sales tax rolled in, 42 months and $668/mo instead of $638/mo.

I just priced a 16 and a 17 nearly loaded (no rear entertainment system) RX450 hybrid and the 2017 was almost $1300 less than the 2016 for the same equipment. Check it out for yourself. Maybe I missed something. You should be able to use this info for your pricing on a 16 model. Hope this helps everyone.
