Default Service Schedule after 125K

I just realized that my car’s service guide only goes up to 150,000 miles. I’m already at 125,000 miles, and I’m aiming to keep my Lexus running strong until at least 300,000 miles. Do you have any recommendations on what maintenance schedule I should follow beyond 125,000 miles?

This is the spreadsheet that I make for all of my cars. It is based upon miles or other accepted criteria most of which comes from the Lexus Maintenance schedule

In it I list when I do the maintenance along with the part numbers/etc.

Mine is a 2020 AWD.

You just extrapolate. Keep doing the same things at the same intervals as before. No new services to add after this point.

Same scheduled maintenance for every 6 months or 5,000 miles intervals.

Did you replace the vacuum pump for brake booster at 120,000 miles?

Here are a few inexpensive and simple DIY maintenance items you might consider for any high mileage vehicle:

If you haven't done so already you might replace the PCV valve and have the throttle body cleaned. Clean the (MAF) mas air flow sensor. Purchase a can of mas air flow sensor cleaner and follow the directions on the can. Replace any radiator/coolant hoses that have cracks. Keep a spare OEM radiator cap and gas cap handy incase the seals start leaking.

The exception is the coolant. Every manual I've seen says first coolant change at x interval and the following ones all need to be at half of x. So if the first is at 100k, you would do it again at 150k, 200k, 250k etc
