Hi Room. Just received my 2017 RX450H from Japan and of course even after switching language to "English" some of the modules/texts are still in Japanese. When I first switched on the infotainment system didn't work since I had not inserted the SD card. My Question is, if I were to purchase a USA RX450 SD card and use that will it configure the system to USA setting or will it not work at all?

Thanks for any advice or experience anyone can share.

 

Very unique situation. I would take the car to a Lexus or Toyota dealer and get their opinion. Move on from there.
