Default Model Code 9420A vs. 9420E for 2022 RX

Hi....hoping someone on here can answer this question. If all goes well this weekend I'll be driving a new-to-me CPO 2022 RX. I've narrowed it down to 2 vehicles at different dealerships, and I've received the original window stickers for both vehicles. They have almost identical specs, but they have different model codes. Can anyone on here tell me what the difference is between model code 9420A and 9420E? The 9420E has a base price that is $600 higher than the 9420A, but the base specs on the window sticker are the same. (They have slightly different options, but those are spelled out on the sticker).
Thank you.

Rx 350 cars do have model codes, but not as you have stated. It might be a dealership "model code". Dealerships have a multitude of ways of increasing their profit. They could charge extra for a thousand different things. You have to ask, then just refuse to pay for it. It's always better to deal with a reputable dealer or a private party.

wouldn't be better to compare the trim that comes with the car and decide from there???
