harmonic noise
When taking off from a stop, when I accelerate there is a harmonic sound which lasts only a sec. It seems like it happens when the car has been sitting for a while. Any ideas???? rx350

I kept getting this loaner from the dealer and it had a weird noise like you are describing. It only happened from a stop, almost siren sounding, just for a sec. They told me it had to have a wheel bearing replaced. Don't know if that was true, but that's all I have....good luck

You will find many posts about the 4th gen RX350 having a droning sound. Mine occurs at 1500rpm at 25-30mph and 55mph. Very distracting as vibrations can also be felt in the steering wheel, footwell, and seats.

same with my 2022. And Lexus and the dealer have told me to **** off. I’ve probably had 15 or 20 V6 vehicles, and none of them ever sounded or vibrated like this. I finally decided the only solution was dump the darn thing, so I traded it off. Took about a $9000 loss for 7500 miles of driving. Thanks a lot Lexus! Will be a long time, if ever before I buy another Toyota product.
