My 2020 RX 350 has some unusual issues:
1). The ourside mirror on the driver's side will not rotate down when I back up,
2). The car constantly misreads speed limit signs, thus it appears I'm constantly speeding when I'm not,
3). The radio will not stay set on radio station presets. It will constantly display something other than the list of stations that I've set.
Anyone else having any/all of these issues with your RX? NOTE: We also have a 2019 RX350 and that car has none of these problems.
The dealer says they haven't heard of anything like this and have no idea what to do. Ridiculous!!!
Thanks,
Ron

Reason: better title
Regarding the tilting outside mirrors, just be sure that either the L or R is selected or else they will not tilt when you put it in reverse (you probably know this but just in case).

I hate that auto down feature. Thanks for the tip!
My 2022 RX is the first vehicle that I've owned with the feature of the side mirrors rotating down to improve visibility when backing up. I love it. My only concern is little gizmos like this can be expensive to repair if, or when, they break. And those motors that create the rotation are working a lot.

I also love this feature.
My Acura TL had them and they worked well until the grease dried up. Mirror would chatter. The fix was just to regrease but the mechanical components never failed in 13 years.

Yes, lots going on. When turning off the car, the parking brake motor, the steering wheel motor and the seat motor to name a few are also working and potentially wearing out.

I just bought a '22 yesterday. When I shut it off a realized how everything opens up to let you I thought how cool. Very next thought was that's a lot of stuff to eventually wear out. Maybe I'll start looking into how to lube all these parts and make a plan to freshen them up before they can break.
