I was wondering if anybody knows if a 2010 RX350 comes pre wired for the oem backup camera? Im about to buy the OEM rearview mirror equipped with the tiny monitor and an OEM camera so I can retrofit it in my RX

You should already have that feature in the mirror if you do not have Navigation, although it is pretty useless for backing up. I would check fuses etc as to why it is not working. Also go to the Lexus Drivers Site, register and enter your VIN to see your build sheet for the factory options on your RX, also you can see the dealer service history. It is free.
