I'm looking at buying a 2013 RX 350 and its being advertised as 6 disc Mark Levinson audio. If I'm not mistaken, Levinson should be stamped on the face of the head unit, at least it is on the GS350, and if its 6 disk shouldn't have numbered butoons 1-6 on the face as well?

 

If it has Mark Levinson, it will say Mark Levinson under the volume ****. The 6-disc radio will have a "LOAD" button and a "CH-DISC" up/down button. The 6-disc option was dropped from the ML audio in the RX for 2013.

When I was looking for my RX, I quickly learned that a lot of them were misrepresented on their features and packages. So dont just go by what the ad says. Get the VIN and look up on the lexus site exactly what options the car has. Once you buy, you but it as is... Doesn't matter what packages they said it had or didn't have. It's up to u to make sure what you're getting.
CarMax routinely advertises rx350's incorrectly. My RX350 was advertised as having the luxury package. The salesman and the office both assured me that it did have that package when I asked them to recheck. I purchased the car knowing that it didn't have that package even though they repeatedly claimed that it did and advertised it as such. My point is, don't just take someone's word for it. Yes indeed.. probably half the ads say they have luxury pkg when they don't. Quick look at the steering wheel can tell you that as I understand it
