That's ^^^^^ pretty much a given. I'd not even drive the car, until fixed. We do not know who did the job and what exactly was done. Yes, I see "pads and rotors" but that's the tip of an iceberg such job may turn out to be.
What I do know though, that vehicle is drive by wire, that means - brake by wire also. On hybrids, you can't bleed brakes without techstream, or brake actuator may be damaged. As brake by wire is basically same for all Toyota cars, same accumulator and actuator, I can tell, as I had two hybrids and have two Lexi now - I suggest to double check before bleeding brakes "the usual" way.
If brakes were done by "a shop" and they rushed the job and didn't bleed - if necessary - system right.......
