Yes, mine has it and they have been a pleasant surprise. I did not think they would work very well but I was wrong. We set it and forget it. My opinion of the feature before I had it myself was, I have had rain sensing wipers my whole life. I sense when it is raining and I turn them on. They were part of the "Comfort package"
Windshield sensing wouldn't help much since the windshield is always there. Rain sensing on the other hand...
The press release posted above was written strangely to me, only mentioning that the wipers are in the comfort package under the F-Sport section. I found the 2015 brochure a bit clearer: http://www.lexus.com/documents/broch...X-Brochure.pdf
COMFORT PACKAGE
Heated and ventilated front seats // High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps with dynamic auto leveling and LED foglamps // Rain-sensing intermittent windshield wipers
The rotary collar on the right stalk adjusts the Automatic response, roll it up for more action and down for less.
Always wipes hard if it is raining hard but adjusts how it responds to light rain.
Be sure to raise the entire stalk to Off when driving through a carwash if the car is running!
Lexus has been optioning the rain sense wipers for quite some time. My father-in-law's LS had it, which was the first time I'd ever seen it in action. I have wanted it ever since, and got it in the 2010 RXh we got a year and a half ago. I love them.
I have it on my 2005 GX and the wife liked it so much it was a "must have" when we were looking for an RX. We ended up with a 2012 RX 350 that has the option and it works great on both. Another nice option that was a "must have" was the auto diming high beams.
I've had auto-dimming high beams on several rental cars recently, and I really like the feature. Supposedly, our '10 RXh has it, but I think it was perhaps turned "off" by the PO in the personalization settings because I cannot get them to work. It hasn't been enough of a priority for me to work on figuring it out, and my wife virtually never drives anywhere at night... I might get a round tuit one day.

If I'm reading the 2010 RX450h owners manual correctly, the auto high beam can be turned off only by a Lexus dealer (or anyone else with the appropriate scan tool) which is different from most newer vehicles made by Toyota on which the same setting is customizable by the owner - see page 660: https://drivers.lexus.com/t3Portal/d...f/OM48A57U.pdf
If your RX has the forward facing camera near the interior rear view mirror, then you have the AHB feature. If it hasn't been deactivated by a Lexus dealer, putting the light control switch on "Auto" and pushing the turn signal lever forward to the high beam setting will enable it.
Newer Lexi that have the Safety System including Auto High Beam have the forward
facing camera flush up against the windshield. The 2010-2013 generation of RX's that
had the optional Auto High Beam have the camera hanging in front of the inside rear
view mirror with a couple of inches gap out to the windshield. Can not tell you how many
visits I have helped with "inoperative Auto High beam" because of a toll way transponder
attached to the windshield right in front of the magic eye!
