Tried searching but I didn't find any threads, perhaps I'm not describing the feature correctly though.

I am expecting the window lockout button on the driver's side to control only lockout the rear seats from controlling the windows but it also locks out the front passenger seat too. Is this correct? Is there a way to change this? Still under CPO warranty so I'd like to know if it's not working correctly.

 

Sounds correct. That’s how it works on my Highlander and my GS.

 

There's a way to change this, but you'll need an aftermarket electronics specialist for that.
