i want to get the B6's. where would you recommend to buy them from?
Just an FYI, the B6 are pretty stiff. All of our vehicles have always been on either on coil overs or lifted, so we're used to stiff suspensions. When I have to replace them, I'll be going to B4.

The Bilstein fronts that fit the RX are those from the 2008-2013 Highlander. The Bilstein rears that fit the RX are those from the 2014 -2019 Highlander.
This information was provided earlier in this huge thread. You can look up the parts numbers.
B4 is for the normal RX
B6 is for the F-Sport or if you want to make your RX handle more like an F-Sport as they are stiffer.

finally got around to installing the b6 this past weekend. comparing it to KYB that I had put on two years ago it was a big improvement. still rode hard but the harshness is much more dampened if that makes sense. still feel the road imperfections as a f-sport would, but its much more controlled and rebounded much faster and smoother.
anybody got experience with the front bilstein struts? just installed factory OEM a year ago but if it's a big different might take the bite and get a set of bilsteins for the front too.
I put the fronts on at the same time as the rears and my opinion is the same as yours. The stock F-Sport on mine were under-dampened pogo sticks. It feels like every Bilstein B6 strut/shock I have installed on other cars. Stiff (As expected) Firms up nicely when during a corner, and handles multiple imperfections in the road very well.

straight plug and play? or any adjustments with strut mounts, factory parts etc.?
It was 100% plug and play, although the included strut piston nuts provided with the B6 were too large of a hex size at 22mm vs. 19mm so my socket wouldn't fit, so I just bought new OEM ones to use instead. They are not supposed to be reused as they use a nylock nut.
Also if you live in a rusty area, you may find that the stock front sway bar end links will not come off without cutting them off or heating them up to the point that the grease and rubber boot get disintegrated. I replaced mine with 2004-2010 Sienna ones which are 13mm thick vs. 10mm but are the same 260mm length so they fit perfectly.
^^ Great decision. Always a good idea to go with a larger diameter sway bar and end links on any SUV when you can. It usually makes a remarkable improvement in handling and stability, especially at highway speeds on blustery days.
