I searched the forum and had no luck. I can't find a way to turn off trip navigation without turning the vehicle off. TIA

 

There is a delete destination button.

You can enter navigation again and it will be there.


I started playing with voice command and tried "I am hungry" and now I can't figure out how to remove the food places icons on the nav screen

You're kidding, right?

 

Just in case you're serious, did you try:
- click on Show on Map/Select POI then clear categories from navigation display ... or ...
- click Voice and say "Clear all icons"

how do even get the voice command to work, I press the button nothing happens

 

Easiest way is press talk button and say delete destination. Confirm by saying yes and done.

 

You may have to turn it on .. under settings ... Voice command lets you do more than just nav ... like temperature, phone ,, not sure if it allows radio.
