Seafoam on 3rx?
Im just curious if anyone here has ever seafoam their RX350? If so, where is the vacuum line located?
I have first hand experience with seafoam on camry, intergra, accord, rav4, and tundra. They seemed to idle better and run smoother after.

I have done it using a vacuum hose connection on the intake manifold just past where the rubber air intake attaches. This was last fall, I need to look again to verify the position. I think if your Camry also had the 3.5 V6 that the hose is in about the same location.
I think there are better products than Seafoam itself with which to perform an induction cleaning service. Redline fuel system treatment used full strength is a stronger cleaner. Also Techron fuel system cleaner or the 3M product line made for this service.
I use BMW fuel injector cleaner, the blue stuff that has to be diluted with gas. I think Techron makes it for them. I have the drip feeder that looks like an IV so I get a slow feed of cleaner over a 10-15 minute period.
You may want to look at the ToyotaNation - Highlander forums as they have more owners that do their own maintenance.

Some folks do it proactively on every vehicle they own. Unless you're hitting (or PLANNING on hitting) really high mileages -- >150K or 200K miles, I wouldn't worry about it. It's not like these Toyota engines are known to be sludge buckets like some of their European counterparts.
Good regular maintenance and care can get the desired high milage. Additives may or may not help and if not used carefully will end up hurting. I would say avoid unless it can help you solve a problem.

Thanks guys, not trying to cure any problem, was just thinking if necessary as preventive maintenance. For the car at 23k miles free years ago now 51k, been using synthetic all the time every 5 k
