Default Bluetooth module not connected?

I have a 2014 rx350.
I love this car but only after 4 weeks on ownership we are having issues.
the phone auto connects when you get in the car and at least 10 times in a 4 week period I am getting the message on the screen telling me that the Bluetooth module is not connected and to contact the dealer.
I am finally bringing it in Monday and getting a loaner while they figure it out.
This is the second time I have brought it there.
the first time I was told to get a picture so they can have proof.
So now we have the proof.
Just curious if anyone else has had this issue?
Thanks for reading.

Hey, just wondering if they found anything? This happened to me yesterday, can't find anything online. The car is acting normal for now...

Did replacing the Bluetooth module ever fix it for you? I've got a '15 RX and I've been having this issue for the last couple weeks.

Default Bluetooth failures

I myself have just had the Bluetooth failure issue in my 2012 Lexus 350. First of all my background is no I am not mechanic. I am a self trained race car builder and driver for many years. I have built hotrods and custom cars also.
My friends who work with Bluetooth radios and stereo equipment with me all agree that we have never heard of a Bluetooth going bad or need of replacement.
With that in mind the simple fix was disconnect the negative side of the battery for one minute. Reconnect the battery cable. Clean if needed. This will reset the computer. Simple.
It works.

How much was the bluetooth module? Installation fees? Having the same problem with my 2015 RX350.

What usually happens when a Bluetooth module fails is the cars on screen menus stop displaying the Add Device and Remove Device
menu buttons entirely. Have you tried alternate phones (including both Apple and Android devices)?
