Hello, I got my RX350 day before yesterday and had issues with syncing up my phonebook via bluetooth. The screen kept showing 'updating' in the contacts, call history etc. The issue apparently is with my phone and not with Lexus. I have an android and upon doing some research online.. found a way to fix it. I tried the fix and it worked so thought of sharing it here in case someone faces a similar issue.

Solution: In the play store there is an app called Bluetooth phone book. Install a trial version which is free. If it syncs the phone book you can purchase the full version for $1.95. The trial version changes a few digits on each phone number so that you buy the full version. But I found it worth the price and it worked like charm.
