Angry RX 350 2012 touring

Hi,
I bought a RX350 2012 a month ago. It was sold to me saying it had 1 Year warranty left. I even signed the warranty transfer papers at the time of purchase. Its been a month and I haven't received the warranty papers yet. How much time does it take for Lexus to transfer the warranty? How do I confirm that there is warranty on the car?

I am facing 2 issues
1> Air bag indicator on the dashboard goes ON for some time like a few hours and goes off later. Is that a problem? how do I fix it?
2>I hear a scraping sound when I take sharp turns or go over deep pot holes. The sound comes from the front of the car. As per records the break pads and rotors were changed a few months ago. Is the new parts causing the problem?

You should be more active participate on this forum. The more questions you *** random anonymous people the faster warranty transfer will complete.
Since I got that out of the way just take your car to Lexus dealership with your concerns and tell them that it is still under warranty.

I don't believe you'll get a warranty confirmation in the mail. You can call up Lexus customer service or your dealer with the VIN and they can tell you if it's still covered under warranty.

In Canada, I believe it's 1-800-26-LEXUS (1-800-265-3987).

On the 2nd bullet, I'd try to avoid 'deep pot holes' while driving to begin with.

Just take it to the dealer...All they do is punch in the VIN for warranty info.

I never recall to have any warranty paper work given to me on any of the cars I purchased from dealerships.

Powertrain and Safety Restraints are warranted for 72 months, so unless it's over miles/kilometers it should still be covered by that. The bumper to bumper is probably gone.

When the Vehicle was sold to me, it had the statement in the advisement '1 Year Bumper to Bumper warranty'. After calling the helpline number came to know its extra care warranty for 160000/km valid until next year.
