RX350 2012 Touring issues
Hi,
I recently bought a RX350 2012 touring which had a 1 Year extended warranty .At the time of purchase I signed a warranty transfer papers. Its been a month and I haven't got the warranty papers from lexus yet.
How do I confirm that the car has warranty? Whom should I contact if I was sold a car without warranty saying it has warranty.
I chose lexus dealer so that I could avoid such issues but unfortunately even they are not that good.
I am facing 2 issues now.
1> My air bag lite on the dashboard is ON for some time like in the morning and goes off in the evening. Is the Air bag symbol ON a problem?
2>I hear scraping sound when taking sharp turns from the front of the car, as per the records break pads and rotors where changed a few months ago. Is it possible that the pads and rotors were not installed properly. please help?

2. If rotors have been changed recently, shouldn't be an issue. Make sure to check if the pads are seated properly or if any debris are found around the dust-shield. If that is all good, might be related to wheel-bearing hub.
