Replacement wiper blades with instructions (merged threads)
I got the inserts from a Lexus dealer's ebay store:

Ebay item ID is 252528472473

Like the idea. I looked at the ones I took off trying to figure out how to remove the insert.... any clues? do you remove the caps at the ends?
I found the below well-done video, but the unmarked arm I'm looking at has caps on both ends. No 'catch' or tab on the restraining caps

Instead of looking for a good brand, look for the material the wiper is made of.
Rubber vs. silicone.
Find a wiper blade that is silicone, and you'll be happy. They last at least two years, they don't squick and don't chatter.
I still have the wiper blades that came with my Lexus, but I get new OEM silicone inserts when they wear out. I just ordered a set of inserts, front and back, $29 including shipping and taxes.
The manufacturers push the rubber wiper blades because they don't last very long, and within a year you'll be buying again.

I love silicone wiper blades, but they are expensive.
A single aftermarket silicone wiper blade is about $30, so getting a rubber wiper blade for less than $10 is a good value.
But if you still have your factory wiper blades, getting the silicone inserts for $10 a piece is the best way to go.

Absolutely not true. I have had 5 Lexus vehicles that were new. None ever came with silicone blades. Including the 2015 RX I have right now. I replaced the OEM Denso blade with an identical Denso blade and neither was silicone.
But my 2015 RX came with silicone wipers. Maybe I got some premium package that you didn't buy.
Also, even my Honda Accord came with silicone wipers from the factory.
I can't speak to that but I went onto Belle Lexus web site (where the wipers you link are advertised) and a chat box pops up. I asked if the wipers advertised for sale on eBay are silicone. The individual asked if she could take a minute to find out and came back and said, no, they are not. So if you got your wiper inserts from Belle Lexus on eBay the indication is that they are not silicone.

You win, good for you.
I don't and I certainly don't consider it a win. This is not a competition. I just don't like misinformation to be posted here where others make decisions based on bad info. Someone will undoubtedly buy those inserts thinking they are silicone when they are not.
I'm very confident you are correct and they are not silicone. I've bought several of those refills from their eBay store and when I take the old ones off they turn my hands black. I'm under the assumption, and I certainly be wrong, that silicone doesn't do that. Plus, I'm doubtful silicone would be that inexpensive.
I have been trying to track down the best wipers for 3rd Gen RX's. I have tried a couple types and have not been satisfied. My simple go-to rainX beam does not perform the best on this massive windshield and is susceptive to jitter even on cleaned windshield. Does anyone have a good recommendation that isn't extremely bulky? I had a nice set of bosch once on another car that I loved but I cannot seem to find them in-store for RX. I would even consider buying OEM if that is best.
Do you still have your OEM wiper arms? If so, just get a pair of the Toyota replacement inserts to go in them. Last time I purchased them at the local Toyota dealership parts department they were $10 per side. They work quite well in our moderate climate and tend to last a couple of years, sometimes more if you take the time to clean them sporadically and treat them with a protectant (I use a dab of Sylglide on each one and rub it in as thoroughly as I can with an old rag).
