Rear wheel rotor rust

I wouldn't go the dealer for that job - any local auto shop can pull the wheels and paint the hats for you. Even a car "detailing" place, if you have one in your area. It looks like the wheels could use some TLC too.

tabcourt, if you feel the rotors are inferior, take it to the dealer. I agree, the rust looks pretty bad. But as long as they're functioning normally, they probably won't do anything about it. How many miles do you have on your RX?

Your rotor hats are not painted. Maybe the 2010 owners can chime in, if their rotor hats came painted from the factory. Maybe these are not OEMs (and by OEM I don't mean Brembo Blanks).
