What should be a good price to pay for a 2013 rx350 base.no options..low mileage

 

There's no such thing as a strip down RX350...on any dealer's lot.
Every RX 350 comes with leather seats and a premium package ( heated and ventilated driver and passenger seats etc).

and that's $44,000 MSRP, so you could probably get it for $41,000.

if you want a truly base model ( cloth seats etc) then you have to build it at the Lexus website.

 

I have to agree, there really aren't any base RXs. At minimum they include the premium package like markrivers mentioned. One correction, the comfort package includes the heated/ventilated seats along with the rain sensing wipers and HIDs. On the Lexus website there are at least four build options for the NY area with prices ranging from around $3K to over $7K.

Now I'm not sure if you're looking at a new or used RX based on your post. For new, take a look through this thread to get an idea of price members have paid for theirs. You can also use this info to check against the price on a used RX.

Cheapest would be the FWD version..
