Default Question about 2013, 2014 Options/Std Equipment

We're looking to buy a 2013 or 2014 RX350 and have a couple questions about equipment. Specifically, is blind spot monitoring standard equipment for either year 2013 or 2014 or is this an option?
If heated seats are listed as an option for an RX does this mean that "cooled" or Ventilated seats are automatically included for years 2013 or 2014? I ask because I've seen "heated" seats listed on Autotrader, but the controllers pictured include heated and cooled. Of the cars we've looked at they only had both heated/cooled or nothing. We haven't seen heated only.
If the RX does NOT have heated seats, is the leather still perforated for 2013/2014 models or is it solid like previous years?
Thanks for any help. These answers will help us when asking questions about cars further away from our house. It appears we're going to have to travel to find a good deal.
