i am in the process of purchasing a vehicle. I test drove the bmw x5 and thats out the picture. I test drove the RX350 and I like how it drives. I wasnt to fond of the shape. I thought it looked like a bubble. But after driving it, I was very impressed. I am new to the Lexus world.


From you opinion is this to much for the car. 2010 65k mils for $25k? I am trying to get them to drop it to 23k

I called usaa and the extended warranty with assurant is 1200 for 24 months

 

You do not really give us all that much to work with, jam808. Are you buying this from an individual or a reseller? Condition of the body and interior? Condition of the tires and brakes? Does it come with any information on service history? A new set of tires, for example, might set you back $800+ if needed and therefore would impact the price of the vehicle.

As with any used vehicle purchase it would be best to get an independent inspection before purchase to make sure there are no hidden problems. Any commentary we could provide here at CL is just guess work without seeing the vehicle. Check with a local Lexus dealership to see if they would be kind enough to pull the service history for you. Ask if any service has been missed.
