LED headlight failure
No problems with mine since I took delivery 5-2012, and I honestly don't even have your concern on my personal radar. Last time I had a "bulb" go out was in the 70's I think with a Honda I owned, but I've had HIDs with zero issues since the mid 2000's with no problems there either.
You can always call your Lexus dealer or drop by their parts dept to see what things cost -- Sewell is another option. If you are adverse to calling someone, another option would be to buy a 2-day pass for $15 onto TIS, where you could look up the parts explosions yourself, come up with the part numbers, then use the internet to find pricing.

Thanks I was going to call the dealer but I know there prices are extremely high. The last time I checked with them about replacing some HID D2S they said went for $199 per bulb! You can buy a pair of Osram OEM replacement for $99.
My LEDs are still going strong since I took delivery in January 2010. Over the years, the 330 had both headlights replaced due to condensation. They were bi-xenon with AFS. No charge to me but I remember being told they were about $2K a piece. The only bulbs I've had fail were brake lights, two to be exact. They were changed by the dealer, also no charge.
Hope I don't jinx myself now.

I'm assuming the bulb is #11 and the ballast is #14:
