2013rx 350 fsport how can i adjust low bean level i dont know and no manual adjustabl from hood and no from system

Try this older thread from a competitor forum as I could not find anything useful here and even this link is not that helpful. You may need a shop to do it.
Note that you probably need to remove the plastic engine cover to get at the headlight adjustments.
