Default Clicking sound Drivers front wheel need help

I have had this clicking sound for over two weeks and I can't figure out what it is. Has someone else had this problem? I have a 2010 RX350. Any help will be appreciated. See attached video.

Souned like the sound of the E-brake release. Did you have your E-brake engaged in Park?
The sound after the click happened when you shifted the car out of Park..

No, e-brake was not engaged. Ended up taking it to the dealer and showed him the video. The master technician was able to duplicate the sound immediately. He said it has something to do with the axle. Will have more info when I pick it up next week Wednesday.

Didn't get the car back until Saturday. The part didn't come in until Wednesday. Well it turns out that the drivers side axle hub and shaft assembly had some play in the gear and that was what was making the clicking noise. Both were replaced. Asked if it was a manufacture defect they had no idea. Noise is gone and the wife is happy.

Glad to hear it all worked out. Coming from NYC first thing I think of is a massive pothole. Besides any manufature defect did the tech give any indication what may have caused hub to go like that?

No he didn't. Funny enough this all started right after I got four new tires installed. Don't recall hitting any massive pot holes but the roads around here are not the best...lots of construction going on.
