Knocking, clunking sound when shifting

My car has 25,000 miles on it so far and I experienced the knocking, clunking sound every time I shift from R to D and the other way around. Is there anyone has this problem ?

From what I could tell the OP has an IS 350.

Like iRock said, perhaps a video would better help us help you out with an online-diagnois your problem.
