Hard to diagnose through a video and not actually being there. There are two distinct sounds, a squeak sound and a growl type sound. The squeak sound definitely sound like one of the pulleys or something having to do with the belt drive. As for the growl, again it's hard to diagnose with just a video and not know the direction of the sound. I haven't had my car long enough to know its sounds. Maybe someone else can chime in.

If it's not one of your fans then it might be one of your pulley's (Tensioner?). Like OP said, hard to tell. Get a short broom handle or something and hold one end to your ear while touching where you think the source of the noise is coming from. You will notice it will get louder as you get closure to the source of noise. If you have a Harbor Freight close by, they have a mechanics stethoscope for $5 dollars that works like a champ.

Turns out it was my water pump dying, coolant was leaking. Also, my rear brakes were bad as well.
