side view mirror tilting down (not in reverse)

side view mirror tilting down (not in reverse)

Occasionally my side view mirror will tilt down - like it does in reverse - only the car is not in reverse gear.

Anyone else see this?

Mine only tilts down in reverse,that I know of.Could it be a computer glitch?
