recognized, that left mirror folds slower than the reight one. At hot temperatures, the mirror folds in a kind of "stepping" and makes some squeaking noises.

Is it a good Idea to try grease inside of the mirror folding motor? Does someone have some experience with that?

If you are using the folding mirror feature all the time, you shouldn't be. The gears are plastic and will strip with repeated use.
