That sounds strange to have both fobs eat up the batteries so quickly. We have had our 10 RX for almost a year now and when we purchased it last August, it had 14k miles. Not sure if the dealer replaced the batteries before we got the RX, but they still work fine. I did purchase 2 new batteries just tohave a few spares handy. So far the fobs work great. Always keep the fob in my pocket and the wife always carries hers in a purse.
