Outside temperature reading units

Is there a way to change the temperature reading from Fahrenheit to Celsius ?

and totally unrelated, when I have cruise control on at a speed of 60mph, my RPM is steady at 2. Isnt it a bit high or is usual on a flat road.

RPM at near 2 isn't high.
