I live in Atlanta and have been trying to configure an RX 350 using the Lexus website option "Build Your Lexus." The problem I am encountering is that it seems to limit options to an A, B, or C choice. While these preconfigured combinations are great, there are many options (Mark Levinson, VDIM, etc.) that seem to be missing (or I can't find them).
Is this a flaw in the website or is this accurate, that is, that these options aren't available in my zip code?
Also, I don't know of any way to see dealers' new vehicle inventory on line. That seems strange to me in this day and age, but maybe that is just how it is done to make you go through the dealership for information.

Thanks in advance for any advice, etc.!
Certain options are allotted to certain areas.
You can try the dealer and maybe they can find something or special order.
Lexus dealers don't have their inventory online and I agree is strange.
Special order took from 9/9 to 11/27 but you get what you want or need that most dealers can not or will not put on their lots. This was the second special RX we have done first one for a RX 330 was 120 days. I put about everything you can in the on we just got.

Dealer told us that this was the one one like this in the United States right now.
Good luck with what ever you do it is a great car.
Cars.com will list inventory of dealerships. It may not be 100% accurate, but it will give a good idea who has what.
Rear-entertainment package is a PIA to get. We had to special order ours as well. I imagine specific color combos make it worse. That 450h with RES came from Japan...is why it took so long. Ours (350 AWD) with RES came from Canada, so just a short trek down I-75.

This is what send me the way of special order. The Luxury Package forced the LED headlamps on the order. First tried to get HID's on the order. But the LED's work just fine. Never saw them on a car until this one got here.
Do the truecar.com and you can add all of the options you want(I think). It will then give you the msrp and invoice price of the vehicle you spec. When I was shopping for mine I would look at Sewells(or Sewell).com. Their inventory and msrp with the options were always online. I'm gonna check it out again right now.

Only a limited number of Lexus dealers will be shown on cars.com so you can't see everything but you can get a pretty good sampling. No cars shown for Houston, Austin or San Antonio markets last time I checked, but Sewell in Dallas had many cars shown. Just depends.
