37,200 sounds great. Have you looked at new? I just picked up one for $40,850. I got it for almost $7,000 off MSRP.

what is the msrp on the car, 47k? if so, imho it's not great deal. on the 47k sticker car, invoice is around 42. right now lexus already has 2k incentive so that brings it down to around 40. 3k for 9k miles? i would rather get new, but that's me

I agree.
The list is under $47K.
That used RX350 could be a loaner too.

I have everything that car has and Comfort pkg which that RX may have.I also have AWD,remote start, tow package and my sticker was $48256.
AWD,Tow package and remote start that RX doesn't have is $2K right there.

i'm not sure i'd bite on that one. i just did 40K on a new AWD/Comfor/Prem/NAV/Tow w/ a few other options thrown in. I bet you could do better on a new one.

Thanks for the advice. I went to the dealer 2 weeks ago. Same model with the same options were going for 47k on the invoice. The cheapest they would go was 45 otd. Also he showed me the invoice of the vehicle and it was 44,600.

Dealer is lying on invoice number.
My $48256 list RX's invoice was around $43450.
A $47K list has around a $42380 invoice.
Deduct the $2K market incentive and it's $40380.
Depending on your sales tax rate( 7% example),around $43600 is good OTD.

I think the pricing might be different because of the location. NJ might be cheaper than CA for example. But I did this dealer internet pricing thing. It says the msrp is 47,644.00 but internet price is 39,940.00 plus taxes. So it would be around 42,000.00 otd. I think I'll pass on this 9100k rx350. Thanks guys I'll keep looking around.

well i am in CA. 40k plus tax makes sense, that's about 2k under invoice. but you mentioned a car with invoice 44k, i don't know what that is
