msrp and invoice pricing does not vary by region. options may vary, but the prices for those options don't. truecar/edmunds/carsdirect/etc will all give you the same msrp and invoice pricing. ask your dealer for all the options, and calculate the invoice. subtract 2K from that and use that price as your target for negotiating. you should be able to go online to get your tax rate in addition to fees for title and tags.
