Default Lug Pattern on 2010 RX350?

Hey all,

Just bought my parents a 2010 RX 350 FWD Truffle Mica Pearl, Parchment Interior with Comfort Package, Navigation Package, and Premium Package.

Before anybody asks for pics, I dont have any because they live in NC and I live in MO.

(was a 50th birthday present to my mom).

Going to get the windows tinted whenever they come out this way, and get some wheels (I know it comes with 19's).

Want to get some 20's on it, but need to know the lug pattern and current wheel offsets.

Help please?

Larger wheels may affect the ride. It's and SUV, not a sports car anyways.

One inch larger will only put the tire down to a 45 series, and maintain all existing dimensions.

The only reason (other than looks) to put larger wheels is to improve traction with thinner tires. The drawback is that the ride will be harsher.

Better check with Mom before doing this. She may not be happy.

Now, now... to each his own, right? Let's respect each other here.

Haha, well considering the stocks are 235s, no way I am going to go any narrowers, Already think that is too narrow!! Will probably only put 245s on there

She has already rode in my car, which has 30 series tires on them. Didnt complain at all

Just need to figure out the current offset... Only wish the car was here

There is no disrespect. I'm just airing my opinion, and isn't that what this forum is for?

I can't argue with anybody making a carefully thought out and well informed decision.

Look at tire rack for conservative fitments. This will give you a starting point in looking for rims. For the '10 RX350 most of the fitments are 8" wide wheels with offsets ranging from +33 to +40.

We are taking delivery on a "10 RX350 today for the wife. I'm having the windows tinted tomorrow. And she wants to move her HRE wheels from her RX300 to the new RX. This will be done after I can get the clearcoat refinished on the polished lip.

I did look on there, they are all VERY conservative fitments to even help me get a feel.

What size are the HREs you got? I got a feeling this is gonna be a test fit Trial and error to get a flush fitment.

Wheels are 18x8 with 33 offset. Still contemplating using the tires on there, 255/55R18. Same overall diameter as the stock tires, but with a little more meet. I think 20s would be a better fit, but the Mrs. wants to transfer the wheels. Not my car, so the decision was hers.
