Default "chrome" coating coming off interior trim around cd
just noticed some of this coating wearing off on plate around cd player and under volume ****. Is there an acceptable fix? Will take and post pic today...thx

You can try a chrome paint pen to make it look "better, but the best looking solution would be a new radio trim panel.

I used an chrome pen to touch up the peeling chrome around my volume **** in my 2015 Rx350. You can barely tell it was touched up unless you look up close.



I used this chrome pain pen.

carguy75, can you provide the brand and source for the chrome paint product you used? This is the best touchup job I've ever seen!

I bought the pen off Amazon. I assume any high gloss chrome pen will have the same results.
