Default Check engine light, AWD system fault & trac off

Check engine light, fault AWD system & trac off dash lights came on the other day.

Note# 2014 RX350 F-sport model. 210,000kms

Checked online, ordered and replaced new oem gas cap, were in the middle of winter here in New Zealand, so bought a new battery, still having issues.
I'm going to pull the problem codes as I suspect a faulty O2 sensor now. The car is running slightly rough at idle. Any body would like to chip in with suggestions here?

I'm thinking I'll replace both front and rear O2 sensors next, see if that solves the issue. I'm trying to save myself money and work through the problems myself, upto a point where the car may need to go into a mechanic for further diagnosis.
Also read it maybe faulty wheel speed sensors, anyone had to replace these?
Thanks for any help guys and gals 😁

I would use a scan tool to see what the engine trouble code is first. I installed some aftermarket Dorman camshaft sensors that triggered that same exact AWD traction control system message in my 2015 RX350 AWD at start-up.

I checked the engine codes and got camshaft too high reading error messages for both aftermarket camshaft sensors on bank 1. I forgot the exact error code numbers. Removing the aftermarket Dorman camshaft sensors solved my problem with that message.

You may have an bad camshaft sensor that is causing the error.

Scan your OBDII codes before you throw any more money at replacement parts.

Scan code P0304 cylinder 4 misfire
Obvious suspects would be the fuel injector, spark plug fouled or ignition coil.

I would first go with a fouled spark plug due to an bad spark plug tube oil seal that allows engine oil to pool in the spark plug tube, next a bad coil pack maybe also due a bad oil tube seal, and last maybe an bad fuel injector.

First I would remove the #4 coil pack and look to see is there oil in the spark plug tube with the spark plug still in place so the oil does not just drain into the cylinder as to know how bad the seal leak is and the exact amount of oil in the tube. However, a really bad leak will have oil on the coil pack as well.

Here is what my very small spark plug oil seal leak looked like in my 2015 RX350 spark plug tube with the old spark plug in place. A bad (or long running) leak can almost fill up the spark plug tube with oil and cause misfires.

Stop and take a step back .. better still ask yourself the following question:
Am I trying what I think are cheap fixes in order to fix an issue without understanding it?

This my friend is a recipe for throwing money away for un-needed repairs and possible increasing difficulty in diagnosis [aka exploratory surgeries are never recommend unless they are the last hope].

Misfires will give you flashing CEL, so leave the spark plugs and coil pack untouched.

AWD and Track off are sympathetic warning lights. I would read them as AWD system and Track may have gone off line so drive with care and have the vehicle repaired. Follow OBDII and ignore other warning lights.

Get an OBDII reader ... or here in US you can have the codes read at mostly all auto stores. Remember to thank them and not buy generic parts specially if they are sensors.

Righty ho, I've found the problem, a rat had chewed the wire off the #4 fuel injector, so I'm going to repair the cable coming off the wiring loom to the #4 injector.
cheers for all the suggestions people, good to know help is at hand when needed.
