Default Part number for the underside panel of dash on driver's side?

Does anyone happen to know the part number for the dashboard panel that goes right above your feet/floor pedals and how it's attached for a 2015 RX350? My poring over the parts diagrams has yielded no diagrams that have that listed for some reason. I think the previous owner of this vehicle rigged the panel to stay up with at least one zip tie and I'm not exactly sure what the issue is other than knowing that it is hanging down too low and the toebox of my shoes keeps scraping against it when I drive. Note, I'm a size 10.5-11, so I don't have aircraft-carrier-sized feet causing this issue. 😜

Salim,

Thanks. Unfortunately, most of the interior part pics appear to be empty or wrong (shows a single clip instead of the actual part being described). This is the frustration I've had trying to identify this darn part on the lexusparts and other local dealer's parts sites, as well. Any other ideas? Am I just SOL and need to call my local dealer or just take my car in to have it looked at?

Thanks,
Jeff

Your best option may be to find a 3rd gen RX in a 'Pick & Pull" Auto Recycling yard and get the parts you want from it. Then you can also study how it is attached. These vehicles are old enough that there are plenty of them sitting in such places. Just call around and I bet you can find one within 30 miles. Bring your own tools.

Thanks, Clutchless. I've started the search online at local places like that, but thus far, no dice.

Awesome! Thank you! The good news is now I know that's the part number. I also just got back from the garage, where I was able to cut the stupid zip tie that was unsuccessfully holding up the panel because it appeared to be installed wrong. I found a metal support that the panel is actually supposed to attach to, and once I situated THAT correctly, I reattached the one other clip and two screws, and I THINK that solved the issue. No clue what the hell the last person was doing with the zip tie vs. just installing it right. It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out from casual observation. I also found the part number stamped on the inside, which is the correct number you gave me. Thank you again!

Incidentally, the part number stamped on this driver's side panel was 55606-0E010 for my 2015 RX 350.

I had some spare time so I played (really dug further) on the site I referred you to. Both the numbers were listed and I mentioned them in my post. All that was needed was the vin.

When it comes to repairs, I am only satisfied it when I do it. Not that I don't make mistakes, and at times jury-rig a solution, but I know that I have made amply sure that I have done the right thing.
