Fog lights No voltage

Fog lights No voltage
Hello Club,
I was messing with my driver side 2013 RX350 fog light when by accident I made the two wires come into contact. After that I get no voltage. I checked fuse number 22 under the dash which is for fog lights and it was Ok. the fog light light on the panel comes on but I do not get any voltage in the wires that go into the fog light. Prior to the mishap I was getting proper voltage. Any help is appreciated.
