Brake Bind
Noticed my 2013 behaving abnormally and both high and low speeds.
At high speeding it was shuddering, at low speed, it felt like it has holding back.
Noticed that the front right side calipers was extremely hot when compared to the others.
I know there is a caliper repair kit but given that there are no signs of leakage, I am thinking to remove the pins out and re-grease them to see if that makes a difference?

Probably either a slide pin is seized or a caliper piston is seized. A pin is more likely. they can be difficult to remove. I had to replace a caliper bracket on my HS250h due to a seized - frozen in place slide pin.
If that is the case, it can be less expensive to buy an entire used caliper than to buy a new caliper bracket.

For my ES, a new OEM bracket costs more than a complete re-man caliper assembly from Toyota
Good call. I've owned the car two years now, and saw the major services from the two year before and it didn't show the fluid being changed. Are these simple to bleed?

It is never really simple unless you have done it for years on many vehicles. It depends if you have performed brake fluid bleeds or changes before and have the proper equipment. I would not start learning on my Lexus.
I use a vacuum machine that pulls the fluid through so I can change the fluid by myself. There are other devices that push the fluid through but I found they tended to leak all over the master cylinder and engine. Maybe they are better now. I hate the old school method where your "friend" pushes the brake pedal while you try to open the brake bleed screw at the right time. It rarely works well and you have a much higher risk of putting air in the system!
Most independent shops charge between $120 - $170 to perform a brake fluid flush. They have machines and software that do a better job bleeding the ABS and electronic brake control system than a manual flush as they can activate the ABS system etc while bleeding it to pump out all the fluid. If it has never been done, or was done who knows how long ago, or the fluid looks very dark, I would have a shop do it. I did that when I bought my used Sienna a few years ago.
The cost of a vacuum assist device is not unsubstantial, but I don't know the current rate as mine is quite old.

My right side caliper piston was seizing at the 10 year mark, take a c-clamp and try to retract it , then press brake pedal to push out (with block of wood in caliper to stop it falling completely out), try that a few times to see if it loosens it up a bit, mine was basically seized, replaced the caliper.
Funny though, still running the original left side caliper and the piston moves freely no problem.

RX350 Caliper with Stuck Piston
Update: Turned out that the pistons booth rubbers are busted on both sides and the lower right piston isn't retracting. The front left caliper which was binding, was scrapped down, cleaned with booth busted, inner seal re-used. Got it to work ... for how long I don't know.
I've order both a kit and right side caliper assembly. My intent being to replaced the right side and service the left side. The pistons aren't pitted so will hold on to them. We also ended up changing the front disc pad and some of the the brake fluid in the process.
The caliper pins were fine.
