My 2014 RX 350 is sitting at 96,000. I know it needs some routine upkeep to keep my ride going for the next 100,000. What should be done at this point and what should it cost?

Have you done the series of multiple ATF drain-and-fills in order to refresh the required lubrication qualities of your transmission fluid? These Aisin transmissions are mediocre at best and it is wise to do that at least every 50,000 to 60,000 miles.
With a few proper tools this is an easy DIY project. There are several threads here on the forum that will take you step-by-step through the process.
As recommended above do a series of cold transmission drain and fills, or pay an independent shop to do it. It is not difficult. Then see the thread below for more maintenance information.

Minimum and manufacturer's suggested items are listed in the Warranty and service booklet [thinnest manual]. Look at your current milage and scan back and catch up on the unperformed service items.
RX in NC has good additional item which may be found under fine print under extreme operating conditions. Please search on this service item [a well discussed item]
