Steering column replacement
Hi
my 2010 need a 2nd steering column after it was replaced under warranty.
in 2018 my 2010 rx350 had the steering column replaced under warranty. They replaced it with the new updated part since the 2010-2012 part were having issue.
Today i went to 2 local mecanic. i was having noise coming from the steeriny wheel nd they both confirmed that it was the whole column that need replacmeemt.
Is it normal to have this kind of problem ? I have double checked my 2018 receipt and its really the updated steering column that was used...
